**Your Role**:

- Strictly follow a daily schedule, interpret job sheets, and report back daily.
- Oversee and participate in garden design, planting, soil amelioration, and plant care.
- Perform topiary, hedging, and pruning to maintain the aesthetic quality of gardens.
- Execute pest and disease control measures to protect plants.
- Handle basic irrigation maintenance to ensure the health of landscapes.
- Take great care of tools and show pride in your work.
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Bring a problem-solving attitude to tackle any challenges that arise.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on horticultural experience.
- A diploma in horticulture is preferred but not essential.
- Fit and energetic.
- Quick minded with organisational skills.
- The ability to plan in advance and adjust plans where the garden needs it.
- In-depth knowledge of plants, soil, and sustainable gardening practices.
