We are on the hunt for another exceptional horticulturalist to take care of our exciting high-end residential gardens. This role is for someone who is full of fresh energy, ready to conquer the garden maintenance world with us and our detailed professionalism

We focus on quality work, organisation, communication, cleanliness and sustainability.

**Duties**
- Strictly follow a daily schedule
- Manage an apprentice
- Interpret job sheets and report back daily
- Display exceptional communication skills
- Topiary, hedging and pruning
- Pest and disease control
- Work on soil amelioration
- Basic irrigation maintenance
- Take great care of tools and show pride in work
- Have a problem-solving attitude

**Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in garden maintenance
- A diploma in horticulture is preferred but not essential
- Fit and energetic
- Quick minded with organisational skills
- The ability to plan in advance and adjust plans where the garden needs it
- Obviously a keen as eye for detail
