As part of the member growth team, you will be a key contributor to engaging existing and future employers through campaigns and communications. You will work on the end-to-end coordination of campaigns, including creation, distribution, and reporting.

You will be working for an industry leading financial services organisation and will report directly to the Marketing Manager. This is an ideal position for an individual looking to join a team with multiple career growth opportunities.

**What you will be responsible for?**
- Prepare and distribute all edm's (inline with the organisations marketing plan)
- Provide reports to stakeholders including Executives, Committees and Board on effectiveness of campaigns
- Upload & Update website content making sure it remains accurate and compliant
- Build strong internal relationships around digital marketing and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Great written and verbal communication
- Experience working with CMS
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 + years) developing, delivering, and measuring digital marketing initiatives
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment, to think on your feet, adapt quickly and hit the ground running
- Financial services experience would be ideal but not a necessity
