**About You?**:
Our ideal **Café All-Rounder** will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Barista experience - You know your way around an espresso machine and can make great coffee.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence in food preparation and café operations.

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate and/or relevant experience in hospitality.
- Food Handling Certificate
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or a willingness to obtain).
