As part of our growing in-house design studio, your mission is to produce amazing workit’s that simple You’ll be building and maintaining our cross product Design System, setting the standards for the entire product UI, and designing components to solve interaction challenges as concepts turn into developed features. And in doing so, changing the way customers interact with banking services that better support financial wellbeing, and positively impact millions of customers daily.

What will your day look like
Working collaboratively in a world class design team, you’ll have the opportunity to stamp your mark on our next generation customer experience across a range of customer touch points.
Developing and maintaining design systems and UI kits.
Collaborating with engineers, product owners and designers to refine UI experiences.
Developing interactive prototypes to showcase design ideation, and inform engineering.
Establishing production design methodologies, to assist and improve the delivery of design to engineering teams.
Reviewing and refining visual design with our embedded UX designers and exploring creative solutions to feed back into the team.
A learning and growth tour of duty, as we collectively navigate the breadth and depth of design challenges across our product program.
What will you bring?

Experience working within and contributing to an organisation-wide design system.
Proven experience developing interactive prototypes to drive collaboration with engineering teams.
Proven ability to embed with or direct multiple engineering teams throughout the production process and react quickly to changes in strategy.
An authority in Figma as well as supporting prototyping tools. Skills in the Adobe suite, motion, and front-end development and Protopie would be a plus.
Passion, clear communication, and ability to foster an energetic, vibrant team culture and a willingness to push the boundary and try new things.
Advanced knowledge of iOS, Android and Web design platforms and standards.
