**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including sales, distribution, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Maintain a contract repository, tracking milestones, and renewals
- Facilitate contract renewals, amendments, and execution in collaboration with internal departments.
- Manage end-to-end tender and RFP processes, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting reviews to ensure metrics are met.
- Provide reporting and analysis on contracts, highlighting risks, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support audits and recommend improvements for competitive and effective contract management strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in contracts management within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Proven track record in managing complex contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
