**About the company**

Highly regarded Steel Fabrication and Steel Sales business with a 20 year history in QLD. They have grown successfully over the years and have secured a dependable and consistent pipeline of customers and steel orders. They have their own workshop offering full Fabrication Services of Structural Steel and they also supply General Steel product sales of steel products including consumables and sundries.

**About the role**

Site Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising a Steel Fabrication workshop. Experience motivating workers and ensuring quality, safety and productivity are optimal. General handling of contracts, certification paperwork, QA systems, timelines, delivery schedules and making sure all OH&S regulations are being followed.

**Requirements for this role**
- 10+ years Steel Fabrication background preferable
- Experience supervising / managing workshop crew.
- Strong ability to lead, manage and motivate workshop staff.
- Experience implementing project schedules, timelines, QA and OH&S.
- Highly developed communication skills.
