**About the Role**

The Marketing Business Partner is part of the National Marketing Team and is responsible for providing strategic advice and hands-on support to local business units to optimise marketing campaigns, activities, channels and outputs to help achieve marketing and sales targets.

As a marketing specialist, you will be multi-skilled across both traditional and digital marketing techniques, with knowledge and experience across the full range of marketing and communications functions to develop effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to promote our brand, products and services.

**About You**

You will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business and have significant marketing experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

You will also have the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Proven success in documenting and implementing effective brand and product marketing strategies that meet revenue targets
- Proven success executing brand and marketing campaigns across offline and online channels to increase sales
- Excellent understanding of and practical experience managing digital and social marketing channels
- Excellent understanding of and practical experience managing traditional marketing channels and campaigns, including print brochures and publications, merchandise, paid media (print, outdoor, radio and television), community engagement and sponsorships, media and public relations
- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills for online and offline channels
- Ability to analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook and other data sources
- Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and service providers that are geographically dispersed
