We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our teams at Little Loaf Lunch Bar in South Fremantle, Wards Central Dining in Shenton Park, Big Loaf Factory Bakery Shop in O'Connor and North Street Store in Cottesloe

As a member of the barista team, you will be responsible for brewing and serving delicious coffee creations while delivering outstanding front-of-house service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Create latte art and experiment with different brewing techniques to delight our customers.
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing prompt and efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into our POS system.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Assist with food service duties, such as taking food orders and delivering them to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct orders and efficient service.
- **Weekend availability a must**
- A friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is highly desirable.
