**We're on the hunt for a Barista to join us at our venue Wards Central Dining in Shenton Park**
- Casual position available
- Weekend availability is essential

From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. We are seeking an **Experienced Barista** to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Our passionate people drive the success of our food business and we are on the hunt for our next dedicated person to join us. **Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
- You are driven to lead from the front on the path of continuous improvement and champion the company culture

**What will you be doing?**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Train, mentor and manage our team of baristas
