Are you an experienced Bobcat or loader operator who enjoys practical outdoor work and takes pride in a job well done?
We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious team member to help produce our high-quality soil mixes and keep our busy yard running smoothly.

**About the Role**
Working in our mixing and yard area, you’ll be responsible for:

- Operating the Bobcat and loaders safely and efficiently
- Mixing bulk soil products to precise recipes
- Loading customer vehicles and delivery trucks
- Keeping the yard, bays, and work areas tidy and well organised
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with refilling, labelling, and general maintenance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous Bobcat/loader operating experience (ticket preferred)
- A mature outlook, good attention to detail, and pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
- Physically fit and safety-conscious

**Hours & Conditions**
This is a part-time role (approximately 30-35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for Saturday work. We offer a friendly, supportive workplace with a strong team culture and a focus on sustainable, local products.
