Bobcat Operator / Mixer – Part-Time (30–35 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Bobcat or loader operator who enjoys practical outdoor work and takes pride in a job well done?

We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious team member to help produce our high-quality soil mixes and keep our busy yard running smoothly.

About the Role

Working in our mixing and yard area, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating the Bobcat and loaders safely and efficiently
• Mixing bulk soil products to precise recipes
• Loading customer vehicles and delivery trucks
• Keeping the yard, bays, and work areas tidy and well organised
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with refilling, labelling, and general maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Previous Bobcat/loader operating experience (ticket preferred)
• A mature outlook, good attention to detail, and pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
• Physically fit and safety-conscious

Hours & Conditions

This is a part-time role (approximately 30–35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for Saturday work. We offer a friendly, supportive workplace with a strong team culture and a focus on sustainable, local products.
