**We are seeking a Full Time Dental assistant.**

We have a rewarding work environment, long-standing patients and have a very friendly and supportive team.

**About us**:
Women in Dentistry is a female dentist owned and operated practice, with a strong focus on patient care and customer service. We offer a comprehensive range of quality general dentistry and hygiene to a well-established and growing patient base.

We pride ourselves in our long-standing cohesive team, who have been with the practice for many years. We enjoy an excellent rapport with our patients, many of whom have been coming to the practice for over 30 years.

Women in Dentistry is conveniently located in the heart of the 'Paris end' of Collins Street, right next door to the left of the Sofitel. It is easily accessible by public transport.

**About you**:

- Punctual
- Able to work well in a team
- Reliable and flexible
- A great and positive attitude
- Dental assisting for a variety of general dental procedures, including crown and bridge
- Sterilisation procedures
- Cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms in accordance with infection control procedures
- Ensuring dental supplies are adequately stocked in rooms
- Good patient communication
- Great organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Dental Reception when required, which includes welcoming patients to the practice, answering phone calls, processing payments and managing books for busy practitioners
- Showing initiative and being able to work as a team
- Reception experience ideal but not necessary
- Experience with Oasis Software preferred but not necessary

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
