**About the Role**

Employed by ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, operating as part of the graduate recruitment team at Westpac as Recruitment Consultant you will be part of a high performing, close knit, diverse recruitment team based in Sydney’s CBD. You will be recruiting graduates and interns into various highly reputable programs from a diverse range of degrees nationally across the bank. You will be recruiting uncommon minds, original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. - This is a contract opportunity, _July Start until the end of October _at this stage. _

Reporting to the Westpac Graduate Programs Manager you will be responsible for:

- High volume screening and shortlisting of applicants (no sourcing required)
- Recruitment compliance
- Triggering culture assessments
- Evaluating short video interviews using scoresheets
- Attending events

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience with high volume recruitment and requisition management is a crucial factor for your success in this role
- Previous experience in graduate/intern recruitment is beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience evaluating video interviews is a bonus
- Able to pick up systems quickly
- High energy, confident and efficient
- Previous experience using People HQ system is advantageous
- Solid organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
