This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Analyst to join their expanding finance team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Identify and document each step of payroll process and prepare information for use by the modernization team
- Identify discrepancies and resolving issues across the entire payroll function
- Conduct system testing analyse and identify areas and methods for improvement
- Identify and manage risks and ensure processes are compliant with audit requirements

To be successful you must have a minimum of 4 years working within Payroll and have had exposure to Payroll System improvement. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, problem solving mindset and the ability to work with in a team daily. Experience working with STP, STP2 and Excel is highly desirable.
