**About The Centre**

**Thrive Hornsby is our 92 place centre located in Northern Sydney** and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

Our culture is inclusive, collaborative and encouraging. We have a diverse team of educators and promote open communication between leadership and team members.

**About The Role**

This is an excitingopportunity to join our team in Hornsby and become our next Educational Leader.

This position would suit someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories and the Thrive curriculum
- Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best
