**Your new role**
Working as a Claims Administrator you will be:
- Dealing with a portfolio of claims, ensuring that they are processed efficiently and pro-actively
- Review claims and make decisions on claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide a high level of customer service to all relevant stakeholders
- Work on process improvements throughout the business to create process efficiencies
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- a strong customer focus and proven track record delivering excellent customer service
- An organised approach to Insurance claims
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- previously experience in a support role for at least 12 months (preferred)
- Strong Computer skills across Microsoft Office
