**About the Role**
As a Support Worker in our shared living team, you'll play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live life on their terms. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, offering various services to help clients live independently, participate in their local community, and engage in meaningful activities.

This is a permanent part-time position in a cluster of houses around Lake Haven, requiring a minimum 35 hours over a fortnight. Shifts include mornings, days, afternoons, nights, and some weekends. Flexibility across these shifts is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning.
Provide personal care and medication assistance.
Encourage clients to live active lifestyles and participate in community activities through person-centred programs.
Implement behaviour support plans using positive strategies.
Communicate with families about clients' progress.

Experience in the disability sector is essential.
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours.

Enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude with integrity, honesty, and respect.
A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.
