**ILS Specialists** to work directly with our client and join their expanding team in Canberra. This role will be working the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Product Manager and Designated Log Manager/Senior Log Manager within CJC03, in the delivery of IBS Sustainment and other CJC03 products to the Australian Defence force.

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include:

- Work within the Materiel Management function the ILS Specialist is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex materiel logistics inventory, asset management and Configuration Item Control work within an integrated workforce, including:

- Communicate with, respond and provide advice to a range of stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative issues to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes
- Recommend solutions to issues impacting materiel logistics inventory and asset management to achieve desired outcomes
- Interpret and comply with legislative, policy, regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives
- Accountable for organising workflow, making decisions within defined parameters relating to area of responsibility and seek guidance when required

**About You**:

- Have a good understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence mission and policy requirements
- Cert IV Logistic Management Standards
- Simple procurement and/or material logistic practitioner course would be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and part of a team, good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- An Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA security clearance. NV2 is preferred
