**Job description - Client Success Executive**
This requires a resourceful individual to resolve lower-level issues individually and if required escalating to the product/engineering team.
**Key responsibilities - Client Success Executive**
- In this Customer Service job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Managing the incoming phone line
- Acting as the voice of the client, collecting feedback and ensuring continuous improvements are made across teams
- Training clients in using the revolutionary software
- Potential exposure to maintaining social media and creating engaging content on how to use the software
**Job requirements - Client Success Executive**
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Educated to degree level
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions intuitively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An empathetic and patent nature
- You can spot opportunities for improvement and implement them successfully
- Loves working and growing with a small and close-knit team
- You have the ability to see the big picture but can also get stuck into the detail
- Previous experience in a creative studio environment or customer support role is a bonus, but not a requirement
