The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who will make it their mission to obsess over client experience and who will always look for opportunities to improve our service. You will have a great eye for detail and be an outstanding team player - ultimately you are someone who can be relied upon to get things done.

**What you’ll do**
Initially, you will be responsible for onboarding new homes and resolving a variety of enquiries for our hosts and working across multiple departments to provide the best service possible. As you develop, your days will grow more and more varied - you might be onboarding a two-bedroom apartment on the beach in the morning, booking maintenance in the afternoon and finishing the day providing feedback to a host on their earnings - all without breaking a sweat.
Relationships are important. Our hosts are a wonderful mix of personalities. A big part of your role will be building great relationships with them and being adaptable and considerate to the variety of our host’s needs.
You will primarily deal with clients and properties in Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane however we also operate in Melbourne, Perth and Auckland - knowledge of these areas is a huge plus but not required.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding new homes
- Inbox management: this will include responding to host queries and internal communications from other teams
- Explaining sometimes complex information in a simple way to a variety of customers
- Booking routine property maintenance
- Working closely with other teams (Housekeeping, Guest Experience, etc) to resolve issues
- Collaborating cross-functionally to share market knowledge and best practices
- Monitoring reviews left by guests on Airbnb and action feedback with the appropriate teams
**Requirements**:
- You are based in Sydney and can commute to our coworking space in Surry Hills 2-3 times per week. You will be working closely with other CSE’s and Account Managers across our ANZ markets, however, will be one of two Sydney-based team members, so must be comfortable with this type of remote working setup.
- You are very good at spinning plates Our Client Success Executives are wizards at managing their priorities and being calm under pressure. We are looking for people who make it their mission to obsess over client experience and who will always look for opportunities to improve our service.
- You are incredibly adaptable. Things change quickly when you are working in a fast-growing startup, each day, week, or month will bring new challenges and require you to focus your efforts differently.

Compensation: 47,000 - 50,000 AUD
