**About the role**

Provide supervision of PSSAs, ensuring compliance with the operating term document - Patient Support Services Delivery Model, and other internal controls and in accordance with the Service Specifications. Support the administrative function of the PSSA stream including rostering and payroll, inventory and equipment management and first line contact for internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**
- Support Services, Orderly or Cleaning within a healthcare environment or similar
- Experience developing and implementing rosters based on recognised staffing methodologies and standards
- Experience working within regulated and/or contracted support services / orderly / cleaning service specifications
- Experience leading and supervising large teams (>25 team members)
- Experience managing employees within Enterprise Agreements
- Comprehensive computer skills in programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of current industry support services / orderly / cleaning and auditing practices
- Understanding of industry workplace health and safety practices
- Understanding of infection control principles and procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and operation
