**About the role**

This role will support Uniting’s staff through the delivery of our induction program virtually across NSW and the ACT. The role will be responsible for delivering the standard induction program, online to new employees from Home and Community Care (HACC) and Residential Aged Care (RAC) across all Regions of Seniors services. The role will ensure that new staff have an engaging experience that provides them with an exceptional understanding of Uniting, connects them to our Uniting culture and reinforces that they have made the right decision to join Uniting. Excellence in customer service and superior teamwork skills are essential.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver the Home and Community Care (HACC) and Residential Aged Care (RAC) induction program across all Regions of Seniors Services via virtual delivery.
- Provide feedback from participants in relation to the program.
- Proactively engage with staff from all services and at all levels during the delivery of the induction program
- Maintain attendance records and gather feedback on the quality of the training experience from participants.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in running online training sessions
- Extensive knowledge of Uniting
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ideally at least 1 year experience in delivering online training, including use of ZOOM technology
