- Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of the Product Delivery Framework, ensuring it is embedded in team workflows.

- Develop and implement tailored maturity uplift plans with clear milestones and continuous measurement.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to centralise product metrics and build accessible dashboards that support data-informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain a product playbook as a central point of reference
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals, pain points, and how product operations can support them

**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will have a unique blend of operational expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles — acting as a force multiplier for product teams and a trusted partner to leadership. You will also be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:

- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a digital or technology-driven environment

- Experience leading or supporting Communities of Practice or similar capability-building initiatives
- Track record of supporting product teams through enablement, onboarding, and maturity uplift programs
- Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, playbooks, and training materials
- Desirable: Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or enterprise-level product organisations
