We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and hands-on Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join our People & Performance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based in Sydney.

Reporting to the Gender Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Senior Manager, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and various committees to develop and deliver innovative GE and D&I initiatives. You will take ownership of bringing these initiatives to life from inception through to successful completion.

This multifaceted role requires the ability to pivot seamlessly between operational and strategic tasks. You will be collaborating, influencing and executing across our key focus areas, including gender equality, LGBTQ inclusion, cultural diversity, First Nations inclusion, accessibility and disability inclusion and parent and carer support. There is an opportunity to bring insight and build upon the strong and active networks and activities at Corrs. **Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate and work closely with the Senior Manager to provide cross-functional strategic advice and support to the Chief People Officer, Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Head of Gender Equality, as well as D&I and GE committees and networks, to drive impactful programs and initiatives and foster collaboration and alignment.
- Be the go-to person who plays a crucial role in keeping our committees and networks aligned with their operational plans, which you will take the lead on designing. You will regularly monitor progress, provide updates, and facilitate meetings to ensure that all initiatives are moving forward as planned.
- Take the lead in organising and delivering impactful internal and external D&I and GE events. This includes collaborating with our internal networks and various business units across our offices to create engaging and meaningful experiences that promote our D&I and GE goals.
- Work closely with our business development team to seamlessly integrate D&I and GE into our pitch and tender responses, ensuring our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in every proposal.
- Contribute to the success of our Gender Equality and Diversity & Inclusion Action Plans by taking ownership of defined projects and initiatives that support our goals, ensuring they are executed from start to finish with dedication and excellence.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of D&I and GE data to uncover insights on workforce demographics, identify areas of concern, and track progress towards D&I and GE goals.
- Prepare detailed internal and external reports and presentations, including board presentations and WGEA compliance documentation, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Performance team to embed D&I best practices at every touchpoint.

**Required skills and experience**
- Ideally, you will have experience in developing, implementing, and reporting on diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies within a large organisation.
- Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights to improve the employee experience.
- Expertise in designing and executing programs that raise awareness and promote learning for GE and D&I.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders around GE and D&I issues.
- Well-developed research and report writing skills, capable of producing detailed and insightful documentation.
- Ability and willingness to traverse both operational and strategic tasks and initiatives.
