Located in the beautiful Central Coast suburb of Point Clare, Orana Centre has comfortable living at its heart. It’s dotted with private sitting rooms, barbeque areas, landscaped gardens and numerous courtyards for residents and their families and friends to enjoy.

Point Clare’s amenities are always close at hand to residents, who come to us for a range of care services including dementia care and respite care services. Locally loved, we have been committed to serving the Central Coast community since 1973.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Residential Manager, Orana Centre is seeking experienced Carers to join their team on a casual basis. If you’re reliable, motivated and passionate about caring for older people, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties may include**:

- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with Care Plan
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a Carer
- Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support preferred
- We encourage Nursing and Allied Health students to apply

Please note: Anyone visiting a residential home is required to have an up-to-date influenza and Covid19 vaccination.
