**Position Overview**:
As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our retail store to success. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a customer-focused culture, and driving financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach and lead a team of 10+ individuals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate unwavering leadership and foster team engagement.
- Drive continual development in the team's service approach to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture customer loyalty through genuine, lasting relationships.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and innovative visual appeal.
- Oversee store processes, policies, and ensure accurate inventory management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous retail leadership experience is essential.
- Innovative leader who enjoys coaching, developing and promoting.
- Recruit, induct, and retain talented individuals.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within homewares/furniture retail or within a large format retailer.
- An influential leadership style that motivates teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Set and maintain high operational standards.
- Drives the clear and achievable business metrics.
- Effective communication skills and confidence in using various computer systems.
- An adaptable and approachable team player.
- Effectively manage expenses and control inventory.
