**The Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for veterinarians looking to enhance their clinical skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will work alongside experienced ECC clinicians on a rotating roster, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the exceptional care of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care to emergency, high dependency, and critical patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Actively participate in patient handovers, maintaining seamless communication with clients and referring vets.
- Learn and develop under the guidance of senior ECC clinicians, gaining hands-on experience with complex cases.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including rotating interns and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Registration Board of Victoria.
- Previous experience in an emergency and critical care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning.
