**We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Aged Care / Individual Support Trainer to deliver the following training schedule**:
**Certificate III in Individual Support**

Training is classroom based incorporating workplace activities. The trainer will also mark the assessments and provide feedback to students while supporting them to progress in their studies.

Successful applicants will also be required to visit student’s workplace whilst students are on work placement.

**What you’ll bring**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Appropriate Vocational Qualifications
- Relevant experience coordinating & delivering competency based education and training
- An engaged and enthusiastic approach to training
- Professional, reliable and dependable
- Be comfortable working autonomously
- Knowledge and understanding of AQTF standards and legislation specific to RTO operations
- Current National Police Check
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
