Sales /Admin Reception Role.

The role of Sales and Reception employee at Titan Fitness is primarily to maintain a high level of customer service in our 5-star gym facility. All members and guests must be greeted with a smile and positive energy.

We are looking for fitness passionate, hardworking, highly motivated people to come and join our team.

The purpose of this role is to maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction when interacting with current members and new customers. Professionalism and maturity are vital when dealing with potential sales, members and guests.

The position will involve sales, service calls, cancellation enquiries, reception / admin duties, member feedback and cleaning duties.

We are looking for a person to start in a casual position of 20 - 30 hours per week potentially progressing to a part - time / full - time role.

We would like someone that wants to learn & grow in the fitness industry and can run at a fast pace.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Be prepared to be involved in staff development programs /staff training & meetings but most importantly share and understand the company's vision and mission statement.
- Experience in Sales. Highly driven and Focused.
- Experience in Reception, Admin and Customer Service.
- Passion for Health, Fitness & Helping others.

You must be willing to do early starts, late shifts and weekends.

**Salary**: $22.14 - $33.59 per hour
