**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic customer service represntative to join our team in North Coogee WA 6163.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Follow-up with customers on sales and service issues.
- Prepare and submit system generated quotes to customers
- Provide internal support for the Sales Team
- Process customer orders and other sales admin duties.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Experience in a B2B customer service and sales admin role.
- Great attention to detail and an upbeat personality.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Be willing to learn and take on more duties over time.
- Experience with mechanical parts or engineering sales preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- A team player.
