- Oversee the operations of the Support Coordination function to endure it provides quality person-centred services, within financial, legislative, contractual, and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership and supervision to direct reports.
- Coordinate and monitor the effective provision of services against program guidelines and key performance indicators’ ensuring all relevant program outcomes are met according to program specifications.
- Carry a small portfolio by facilitating outcomes for people with disability and their families by providing a quality person-centred service, delivered with respect and integrity, with a high standard of client service.

Criteria:
- Qualification in Disabiolity or other related field at Cert IV minimum.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Blue Card - WWC (Qld)
- Yellow Card - Disability (Qld)
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Demonstrated minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working within a Community or Disability Service.
- Knowledge and experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health and physical needs.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and other relevant legislation.
- Knowledge and experience of working collaboratively with local community, welfare services and industry partners.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively dealing with conflict resolution.
