**The Organisation**:
This leading midsized Accounting and Advisory firm based in Richmond, that is an leading the industry with innovative practices is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable individual who understands both the process of what needs to be done to achieve expected outcomes but also has outstanding stakeholder engagement.

**The Role**:
The Accounts Receivable Officer is and end to end role, as such is responsible for:

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
- Reviewing month-end team billing and reconciling fixed fee billing, SMSF bills and accruals
- Generate and distribute invoices and debtor statements
- Credit control and debt collection
- Audit Insurance claims and annual renewals
- Assisting with fixed fee direct debit arrangements

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have prior Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in large corporate organisations (ie. Law, Accounting etc.) (Desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders and clients
