We are seeking a part time support worker to join our Exceeding Service in Bondi Junction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and looking for a great work life balance.

**About the role**
- Part time hours Mon-Fri
- Excellent location, above the train/bus terminal in Bondi Junction
- Be part of a collaborative teaching environment
- Maintain effective communication with parents, educators and children within the service
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Experience working with additional needs advantageous
