Proactive Community Services is a growing team, who take a proactive approach in providing quality care for all participants.

We are currently looking for support workers to provide supports in the Windsor area who can provide supports to a young person.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Personal Care**: You will provide support with personal hygiene tasks. This is to be conducted in a courteous and respectful manner.

**Domestic Duties**:You will be assisting with meal preparation and light household duties.

**In Gome Supports**:Creating activities and a positive environment.

**Documentation**: You will be required to document all services.

**To be considered for the role**:

- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in supporting young people.
- Willing to provide personal care for both female male participants.
- Willing to work shifts ranging from 2hrs - 6hrs. With flexible availabilities and able to work weekends

**Licence/Certification**:

- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NSW Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Police Check (Valid if within 5 years)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module Certificate.
- Infection control training.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
