Rededge Medical Centre is looking for a casual Medical receptionist to join and support our team. You will be first point of contact to greet our patients in a welcoming and professional manner.

**Key Duties**:

- Frontline interaction with patients in person and by telephone in a professional, compassionate & friendly manner.
- General office duties, Proficient computer skills. Our practice uses Best Practice.
- Provide support to GPs and other staff in a responsive and proactive manner
- Process payments including Medicare Online, cash handling, EFT and settlement
- Restocking and basic cleaning of consulting rooms and other facilities
- Work with other staff in a team environment to provide efficient, effective and timely care for patient
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Able to work autonomously
- Management of incoming patient data and patient information.
- Flexibility with shifts when it comes to team members on occasional holidays or unexpected sick days.

**Salary**: From $25.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
