**Full Job Description**:
As a Metal Fabricator at our company, you will be part of a team that prides itself on craftsmanship and innovation. Your role will involve shaping, welding, and assembling metal components, ensuring each piece meets our stringent standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints to determine the materials required and the sequence of tasks.
- Measure, cut, and manipulate metal materials to create components.
- Utilize tools and equipment such as shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
- Weld and assemble parts into final products with attention to detail.
- Inspect and test completed units to ensure they conform to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

**Duties Include**:

- Fabricating and constructing metal components for various industries.
- Adjusting fabrication methods to suit different job requirements.
- Collaborating with team members to manage projects efficiently from conception to completion.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and advanced fabrication techniques.
- Competency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical workload and safely operate heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

**Job Details**:

- Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
