Working within a highly motivated and success orientated environment, majority of your time will be spent helping your team to convert leads in to sales. You will lead daily coaching and mentoring sessions to enable your team to reach their goals.**Other responsibilities include**:

- Drive sales growth by monitoring and mentoring Designers and Showroom Consultants
- Assist Marketing Manager with in store promotions
- Regular reporting on Sales and KPI targets
- Full store level financial management
- Ongoing Sales and Product training

**You**
You
- **must** have prior experience managing a fast paced, high preforming team, preferably within the
- ** home improvement or luxury goods space**. Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement, not only for your staff, but also your customers.**Other attributes include**:

- A hunter who is target driven
- Coachable with a desire to learn
- Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement or building materials space
- Strong closing ability
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines is one of your strengths
- Minimum 4 years managing people in a Retail setting
- You have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customers
- Creative flair

**Reward**
- OTE for this role sits at $130K, which consists of a base salary of $70K-$80K plus superannuation, commission, and business tools.**Next Step
