Full time role working hybrid across a showroom and on the road

Our client is one of Queensland's largest family, owned independent floor covering retailers. The company has based their success on a high level of customer service, honesty & providing value for money to their clients.

With a split between Commercial and Residential clients, the offer an efficient and friendly showroom environment to be based out of and this role is a hybrid of showroom and on the road sales.

**About The Opportunity**
Reporting directly to the
**Showroom Manager **some of your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing quotations and tenders for clients
- Managing walk in customers to the showroom and advising on flooring solutions
- Completing general administration duties
- Identifying appropriate prospects and setting up appointments
- Attending site meetings to complete quotations and contracts across Residential clients and Commercial clients
- Complete effective sales calls and manage the sales cycle with key Commercial accounts

**About You**
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in the trade and construction industry is ideal
- Experience in flooring, windows, soft furnishing, kitchens or any other made to measure sales is ideal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in sales management software
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Current valid QLD Drivers Licence
