Sue's Burgers and Shakes has opened a new, exciting venue at South City Square in Woolloongabba. Sue's is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant or Venue Manager to assist with day to day operations.
**What does this role involve?**
The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager focuses on the ongoing and future success of the business. Including: The day-to-day running of the business, from meeting venue FoH, BoH and CoGS Budgets and KPIs to the Greeting and Seating of Guests
We are looking for a Kitchen-Based Restaurant Manager who leads by example with a positive attitude. They would have proven experience with successful control of wage, cost of goods, staff turnover targets and building revenue. They possess strong leadership qualities and gain respect through hard work and leading by example. They have great product and industry knowledge and are both firm and empathetic to their team.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
