Bethanie Housing provides affordable, independent and safe housing for low to medium income earning individuals over the age of 55. We are currently seeking a **Housing Growth and Compliance Analyst** to assist with Bethanie Housing Limited’s growth strategy to provide ongoing business development opportunities.
This role is being offered as a permanent full-time position, based at our beautifully appointed office on Pier St in the Perth CBD with additional flexible work arrangements.
Reporting to the Manager of Housing and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for;
- Providing financial and valuation analysis of strategic initiatives, screening of existing property and new property developments.
- Identifying potential new properties and/or land that may be appropriate for Bethanie Housing.
- Contribute to ongoing business planning for Bethanie Housing, providing advice and expertise for the growth strategy.
- Maintaining current compliance documents and database of property information, comparisons and appraisals.
**About You**:
- Degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience in commerce, property, finance and/or business
- Understanding of Social and Affordable Housing
- Highly computer literate with programs including MS Office
- Ability to work with initiative both autonomously and in a team environment
- Have a “Can do” attitude and be a team player
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
