As a Procurement Analyst you will play a role in managing agreements across various categories. Your expertise will shine as you interpret and process data, identify trends, and proactively communicate insights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage agreements across categories, ensuring regular reviews.
- Efficiently handle and interpret large data volumes.
- Analyse spend data to spot trends and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Drive best practices in procurement, optimising savings and processes.
- Enhance data quality and supplier relations.
- Prepare data for negotiations and maintain compliance.

Skills and Attributes:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, V-look up, formulas)
- Strong communication in writing and speech.
- Working knowledge of ERP Software, advantageous but not essential
- Perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Build internal relationships effectively.
- Skilled professional with a growth mindset.
- Self-motivated team player.
