**Customer Service Representative** This exciting and challenging opportunity has come about from the need to provide a high level of customer service as well as sales support and to further enhance the, already impressive, systems and operations relating to all areas of our client’s business. Our Client located in South Australia, North / Western suburbs, is the local arm of an international group that provides a range of products to the wine Industry. Their range of quality products, commitment to excellence and focus on innovation, has resulted in being a major supplier across the country.

**Job Summary**
The position of Customer Service and Sales Support is responsible for processing sales orders, generating quotes, processing artwork and attending to new sales enquiries that come through, as well as liaising with the sales and production team. This role will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for customer service to both existing and new customers, as well as generating relevant reports and input into the creative aspect of artwork in alignment with client requirements.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Process sales orders and new sales enquiries
- Extensive computer work including Word, Excel & Access and internal systems
- Provide support, quotations/artwork to external clients of the company
- Identifying opportunities through communication with internal & external clients
- Provision of support to Account Managers
- Regular reporting of customer interactions, quoting, processing of orders
- Dealing with key business suppliers including overseas networks
- Liaise with Production/Operations Manager and others to ensure client delivery schedules can be met

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Proven background in customer service and sales
- Exceptional organisational, planning, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A positive attitude with solid interpersonal skills
- The ability to build long term, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and team members
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
- An interest or experience in the wine industry and/or knowledge of wine would be desirable.

**Salary**: $42,768.82 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Wingfield, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
