In this entry level role, you’ll bring your enthusiasm for customer service to a range of administrative tasks. If you’re excited about making a difference and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

This position will be a full time, permanent role based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls to and from team members and clients.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, focusing on accuracy and detail.
- Manage various tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Support with booking appointments and travel, coordinating with service providers.
- Use computer systems and software to complete daily tasks.

ABOUT YOU
- Good communication skills to understand and help customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or office work is helpful but not required.
- Eager to learn and support a team in a busy environment.
- Some familiarity with workers compensation is a plus but not required.
