We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Workshop Foreman**, to work in our busy **Mercedes-Benz** workshop in **Warwick Farm**.

**About the position**:

- Manage daily tasks and productivity for a team of technicians
- Prioritise repair orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion and assist with technical problem solving
- Recommend additional work that is needed to the service adviser team so the customer can be notified
- Ensure work repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures
- Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area and customer vehicles
- Assist in expediting of parts orders to avoid delays
- Give special attention to repeat repairs, so the problem is correct this time and future comebacks are avoided

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience and relevant trade qualifications
- Previous workshop controller or foreman experience preferred
- A current driver's licence
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor apprentices
- MVTC essential
- Air-Conditioning Licence preferred not essential
- ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred not essential
- Ability to follow WHS policies and procedures and “Work Safe”
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions
