**We're Looking for an HR Coordinator Who Shares Our Vision**

As we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, we're in search of an experienced HR Coordinator who embodies our dedication to excellence and personalised service. This role is perfect for someone who:

- Has a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of HR practices.
- Boasts exceptional communication skills, with at least 12 years of HR generalist experience.
- Is eager to tackle the diverse challenges and opportunities that each day brings, in service of our varied client base.

**Your Role in Our Team**

Located in Western Sydney, with the flexibility to potentially work from home, you'll be an integral part of our team, focusing on:

- Managing the full spectrum of paperwork related to the employee lifecycle.
- Maintaining employee records and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administering staff surveys, supporting probationary reviews, and preparing employment contracts & amendments.
- Providing end-to-end recruitment support, policy review, and development.
- Offering HR advice to senior team members and clients, coordinating learning programs, and ensuring compliance training administration.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
