**The Company**
Our large NSW State Government client provides comprehensive legal service to NSW Health and provides oversight and advice on regulation and compliance of pharmaceutical, private health and assisted reproduction technology matters.

**The Role**
As an experienced Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit.

With the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and in the St Leonards office 2 days within a team environment. This is an estimated 2month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service to clients and beneficiaries
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods
- Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Support and Administration experience
- Problem solver
- Previous experience within a complex/sensitive environment
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task competing deadlines/timeframes
- High attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
