Little Wonders ELC is an Award Winning, Exceeding Rated 26 place long day care centre located in Illawarra, NSW South Coast.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Working in our team on Thursdays and Fridays as a lead educator for the 3-4 age group as well as additional shifts through the week available.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Learning and implementing the policies, procedures and routines of the service.
- Learning how to establish relationships and interact with children.
- Leadding group time learning experiences, centre projects and participation in the centres Quality Improvement Plan.
- Giving each child individual attention and comfort as required.
- role includes food preparation, general cleaning and gardening
- Leading mixed aged of 2-6 years group of children, implementing daily learning experiences and activities

**Skills and Experience**
- Applicants with a genuine interest of early years education and care and wanting to gain further experience in a supportive work environment
- We're looking for someone with an enthusiastic personality who is able to engage confidently in interactions with the children, our team and families.
- Patience is a must when working with children but also respectful communication and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
