**What do I need?**

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing project activities that deliver technology solutions, enabling Westpac to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide ongoing Technology Project Management mentoring and coaching support to assist implementation of Projects, work closely with project sponsors, product/platform managers, and other relevant team members to increase knowledge and elevate performance through one-on-one coaching
- Lead technology delivery across Enterprise systems : Digital ,Customer originations, Digital, Staff Assisted, Product Originations, Data platform, Group Customer Maser, Financial crime systems

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years IT Project Management experience, preferably banking /& financial services experience
- Release Management skills
- Good understanding of Westpac IT Methodology SELC and GDPF
- Good understanding of Project Finance Tracking
- Great communication and negotiation skills required to work with IT PMs, Designers, IT BAs from different teams
- Project dimensions:

- Complexity: Single BU, Business Stakeholders, Multiple GM1/2
- Scope & Solution Certainty: Moderate
- Accountability (min): Leading IT provider team - SELC
- Overall Spend (E2E): $8M - $20M
- Annualised Spend: $5M - $12M
- Project Resources: 10 - 50
- Number of Sub-domains: 2-3
