Our WA Government client is seeking to engage a Building Services Coordinator - Facilities Management - on a 6-month contract basis, Full Time Position. Possibility of extension.

**Key accountabilities**
- Management of building systems (alarm, fire, lighting etc.)
- Management of facilities assets including all furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Management of vendor contracts
- Management of the risks and potential hazards and incidents
- Management of security systems and issues
- Management of critical risks and hazards register
- Management of BCP register
- Management of building contractors
- Coordinate and manage staff relocation and space allocations
- Manage office fit outs and renovations
- Respond to requests raised in service now and prioritise accordingly
- Participation in projects associated with related properties
- Plan and coordinate maintenance within Synergy’s tenancy to uphold a high standard
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation for contractors, and additional facilities as and when required
- Allocate office space according to needs and coordinate office moves
- Support meeting room set up for functions (townhall, AMPS ceremony, leadership forums)
- Ensure annual test and tag on all electrical equipment
- Implement cost effective solutions in line with budget requirements
- Perform analysis and forecasting
- Participate and complete all audit actions
- Complete monthly reporting for KPI’s
- Maintain student housing accommodation collie
- Strong customer service orientation.
